If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a replacement,
credit or refund within 14 days of receipt.
Items must be returned unused, and in perfect condition. For clothing, please ensure that the product you are
returning is in the same condition (unworn / unwashed / unaltered) you purchased it in with all tags attached
and in the original packaging it was received in. Your order will be inspected for any sign of wear
or damage before issuing a refund or exchange. We have the right to refuse your return if it doesn’t
pass the inspection process, and it will be the customer's responsibility to make sure the item(s) are returned
in pristine condition. Postage cost of the return is also the customer’s responsibility unless the error
is on our part which we would reimburse. We do not accept liability for packages damaged during transit back to us.
Returning Damaged / Defective Items
In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a
digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to
info@allamericanclassics.com. In many cases, action (in the
form of replacement, refund or account credit) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been
provided by the customer.
If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to
return to All American Classics, Inc for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

To request an exchange OR refund, please email info@allamericanclassics.com.
Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement
(whether exchanging for an identical product or selecting an alternate style, size or color), account credit,
or a refund.
We are unable to issue refunds or process an exchange without an order number, so make sure you have this at hand.
